The big news this week for Building 2 is we finally have power and meters. After the IBEW electricians finish up this Wednesday, we will be all set with power, HVAC and lighting in both units.
By the end of the week, the outside of Building 2 will be painted with a very nice dark grey called “peppercorn” and punctuated with a white trim. The homeowners get to pick their exterior door colors and it is going to look great.
