Fischer Village is taking shape. Building 2 (lots 3 and 4) is complete with Occupancy certificates and ready for move in.
It’s that time of year where the exterior progress can be slow so we are getting as much exterior work complete to set ourselves up for interior work as much as possible.
Building 1 (lots 1 and 2) just received its trusses. We will be spending the next week constructing the main roof, and the patio covers in order to get us ready for shingles. We want to get this building dried in and secured as soon as possible before the weather changes!
