Being dried in also means the installation of the rough utilities.
A HUGE Thank You to our subcontractors and the IBEW Electrical Union’s apprentices for getting this first building at Fischer Village ready for inspection. As of this report, HVAC and plumbing are ready to be inspected and the electric rough in is 90% complete so, on our schedule for next week is the inspection of all three utilities.
It’s all a process.
Once the utilities pass inspection we can then get the final frame inspection which sets off a cascade of exciting events: installation of insulation, drywall, rain gutters and down spouts…. And on and on!
