The first Building on Q street (building 4 Lots 7/8) is well on its way to being dried in and secure. All of the framing is complete except for a few interior details. All of the underground work for plumbing and electrical is also complete!
With the help of Chambers Construction and the apprentices of the Chambers Construction Apprenticeship Program, we are wrapping the building and installing doors and windows. The roof is papered and will be shingled next Friday.
