HFHCL works to assist low-income homeowners, including veterans, seniors, and disabled with minor exterior home repairs with a primary focus on accessibility.
Examples of Minor Home Repairs
1. Fence repair or replacement
2. Yard debris removal and clean-up
3. Pathway repair or replacement
4. Entry step repair or replacement
5. Porch repair or replacement
6. *Exterior painting
7. Deck repair or replacement
*Habitat does not paint homes where lead-based paint is present nor do we paint second stories.
Because projects are cost limited, it is usually means only one item in the ‘Examples’ list can be completed.
